For professionals
Clear scope, responsive coordination, and a recovery environment designed to help clients translate treatment progress into everyday stability.
Referral partnership
Housing is part of the plan—not a substitute for it.
Gracious Wellsprings provides non-clinical recovery housing. We value well-defined roles and coordination with licensed treatment providers, therapists, prescribers, case managers, and other professionals supporting the resident.
Our admissions process considers the client's current level of stability, housing fit, willingness to participate, treatment recommendations, practical schedule, and transition needs.
Discuss a referralCoordinated by design
Different roles. One coherent direction.
When permissions and releases allow, timely communication helps the broader team identify changes early, reinforce consistent expectations, and support a realistic discharge or transition plan.
